(MHG430-17-484) RARE SAVAGE REVOLVING FIREARMS COMPANY NAVY REVOLVER

Most of these guns were made on military contract. This one has a cartouche on the left grip and inspector's marks "C" on the cylinder, frame and right side barrel and an "H" on left side of the barrel. These are quite unique in design with a ring lever, operated with the middle finger, to cock the hammer and rotate the 6 shot percussion cylinder to the next .36 cal. load, and the typical spur trigger to release the hammer. Very nice condition with a pleasing patina on the smooth gun metal grey surfaces. Grips are clean and solid appearing to have an old repair to the toe on each side. These are seldom seen and make a great addition to any collection. ~~> VIEW PHOTO <~~ e

(8008-17-540) STEVENS/SAVAGE 325-C: 30-30 BOLT ACTION RIFLE

This is the same rifle your cheap uncle brought to deer camp when you were a kid. Uncle Hank wouldn't shell out the extra bucks for a Winchester or Remington. This rifle has a nice bore and petty good bbl blue. Nice wood, Redfield rear bbl sight, Weaver side scope mount and Bushnell 3-9 scope. Uncle Hank wasn't so dumb-these were a good little rifle and are somewhat sought after today. ~~> VIEW PHOTO <~~ e
